Management
Oasmia's management consists of Julian Aleksov (CEO), Hans Sundin (Executive Vice President Operations), Annette Ljungmark (Head of Accounting and Human Resources) and Weine Nejdemo (Chief Financial Officer). The company management holds regular meetings where the operating activities is discussed. Control of the Group's activities is primarily ensured by financial reports from the subsidiaries and continuous contacts with the managament of the subsidiaries.
CEO
Economist. CEO of Oasmia and one of the founders of the company. Extensive experience in coordination of research projects and strategic development of global intangible assets. Chairman of the Board in Qdoxx Pharma AB and GlucoGene AB.
Executive Vice President Operations
Over 30 years experience in pharmaceutical develop-ment, quality assurance and project management. Extensive international experience in the business, has held upper management positions in Swedish pharma-ceutical companies and companies with pharmaceutical companies as clients. Employed by Oasmia since 2008.
Chief Financial Officer
Extensive international experience on corporate manage-ment level within life science, mainly in stock listed companies. Has worked as management consultant since 1997, mainly within life science, both for suppliers and customers but also within other branches such as IT, telecom and manufacturing. Employed as CFO at Oasmia since 2009.
Head of Accounting and Human Resources
Has previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry with establishing monthly and annual reports, finance analyses, VAT, pensions and personnel issues. Has worked as Head of Accounting and Human Resources at Oasmia since 2005.
