Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB is a public limited liability company listed on NASDAQ Stockholm. It is governed by laws and regulations including the Swedish Companies Act, the Swedish Annual Accounts Act, NASDAQ Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
Management, guidance and internal control are divided between the shareholders (via the Annual General Meeting), the Board of Directors, the CEO and corporate management. Oasmia works in accordance with the internal instructions and guidelines adopted by Oasmia’s Board and management team. Oasmia’s auditors are responsible for the external control of the company.
